I am sorry to hear that as the one I got is just exquisite. It is kind of a surprise that the remaining three just disappeared overnight as they were on the CDNN website for a while.

I bought mine when I wasn't exactly happy with my finances. Normally unless I have cash in hand that is designated for such purchases I don't spend the money. But I was able to finally sell a Kimber in 30-06 and a friend is buying my Winchester 1892 Short Rifle and these both cover the new Winchester 1892.

^^^^ They generally do 10 day auctions, that always end on Sundays. If they do have some left that they plan to auction, then start looking on Thursday.

If they are indeed auctioning them on Gunbroker, there will only be three at most with only one offered in each ten day auction period. The first one might be the cheapest auction price overall. Wait until the very end of the auction as their is no purpose to driving the price up early.

Those Winchester’s and the new Henry remake of the original are absolutely amazing and beautiful rifles congratulations.
Although not nearly as pretty, I love my 45-70 marlin guide gun

OP, great rifle. I got the shorter version with 16 inch tube. Mine is a take down. 44 magnum is very comfortable out of it. The only change I'm going to make is a Skinner rear, peep sight. Even with buckhorn sights it's accurate.
