Well based off of recommendations from @Joe C....

Placed an order with Sprinco. Super fast shipping, some free lube, and I get to support a Texas company (nice surprise).

Also, it’s funny how the 9mm Springs are coated in Pink... guess you really are giving up your man card when you go 9mm. :D @Raylan Givens

I agree. Alan is the best to deal with and a really great product line. He came up with a super recoil reduction FLGR for my 9X23 Winchester gov. Model. Very happy with the results.

Ha. I just ordered from there yesterday. Good springs. I’ve been using an 18 lb recoil spring. Gun ran great with it.

And another thing, they are affordable. I bought a 16lb spring. With shipping 11 bucks. I think that a decent price.

Maybe one of you can help me out. I was on their web site a few days ago and couldn't, from the description, determine which springs were commander size as all that was listed with the commander designation were 9mm springs. I'm looking for .45 acp commander size springs.

I don’t think they have much available for Commanders. :(

Joe also recommended them to me, mine came in yesterday, waiting on a mainspring before I swap it out.

Used an ass ton of their AR springs.
Wasn’t aware they made other types.
    (Used Wolff 1911/P-35 springs forever)

Excuse my ignorance, but am I missing something? I think you need 35716

35716 Commander Chrome Silicon Moly Plated Cryogenic Processed Recoil Spring - 16# (This is the "sweet spot" spring weight for most .45 ACP loads when used with our system.)

    http://www.sprinco.com/springs.html

Or is that a recoil spring for something else?

Glad I'm not the only one that thought to try Joe's recommendation. Where is everyone getting main springs to go with the 13# Sprinco pinks for your 9mm's? I'm not sure I trust Wolff, so I bought 19# and 21# stainless springs from Wilson to try out until Sprinco releases theirs.
