* SOLD * For sale is a bit of a rare bird, a Springfield Armory GSP2000 (Gunsite Service Pistol) 1911 in .45 ACP. These Government Model 1911s were supplied as kits from Springfield to the Gunsite armory and assembled and sold there (at Gunsite) and bear a unique “GSP” prefix serial number. This gun is approximately 20 years old and has been well-used and, along the way, well cared-for. More pics below the main post will show close-ups of the honest wear the gun has incurred. I purchased this from a fine Addict here last year and have put around 1,500 rounds through it myself. The gun has received some TLC from our own Steve Owens’ Integrity Arms to include (with complete invoice / build sheet from Steve available): Ignition kit Nighthawk ejector New ring hammer Hammer strut and pin Stippled mainspring housing Original parts to be included if desired. Will ship with original Raven-branded pistol rug (showing minor interior wear as shown) and one (1) stainless Wilson Combat 47D magazine. No original paperwork is available. Gun bears original Novak / Trijicon night sights (dated “00”). Front sight blade painted orange by me - this custom artwork included at no additional charge (ha!) In the darkest of light, the rear sight has still had a ridiculously faint, faint glow - I just didn’t want to replace it or the front sight. Asking $850 shipped FFL to FFL. (A note about my dealer - they will not give their customers a copy of their FFL. If we transact, I’ll give you my contact info and the contact info for my dealer and will ask the same from you. My dealer will contact yours directly to make all the shipping arrangements. It may take my dealer a day or two to provide tracking information - they’re a high-volume shop and that’s been my experience with them over the last couple of years). Payment via discrete PayPal Friends and Family, USPS postal money order, or official check preferred. Able to communicate on the phone, send additional pics, etc. as needed. Thank you for looking! More pics to be included in Comments below.
