Springfield stock sight height?

Looking for a set of sights for my Springfield ronin 5” .45. I normally install trijicon on my other firearms. Last gun I put sights on I tried night fission and liked them. Tru glo tfx pro look interesting. It looks to me like a Novak cut, correct? I’m also curious on the front and rear height. Any recommendations are welcome. I’d like night sights of some sort. Otherwise, the stock sight setup is great.
