Description from original BladeHQ listing: We've taken the Para2 platform and tweaked it slightly to bring you a unique knife that you'll be proud to have in your pocket or display case, while keeping the cost reasonable. The standard S30V steel blade has been upgraded with premium CPM M4 steel, a high-speed steel with fantastic toughness and edge retention qualities. The standard black G10 scales have been changed out for natural G10 scales, which have a unique translucent green color.

This next generation Spyderco Para-Military knife features a number of inspiring changes. The revised handle has a thinner profile at the end to improve the ergonomics and the ambidextrous four-way reversible pocket clip rests deeper in the pocket as well. The blade has an elongated profile, with an increased cutting edge, finger choil and thumb ramp. Implementation of a new Bushing Pivot System generates fluid action and more consistent manufacturing tolerances. The Para-Military still has the solid, confidence inspiring Compression Lock on the handle spine. Lastly, the size of the lanyard hole has been generously increased, giving the user more carry options. This all results in more than just change for the sake of change, it's areal improvement on an already great knife.

PM responded to, item still available. Just a side note: These were made in very limited quantities and are still sought after in the secondary market. When Spyderco makes a limited exclusive run such as this or a sprint run they NEVER will make the same combination of handle or blade steel again. The do this purposely so these limited runs are sough after as collectibles. This one is brand new in the box and has only been taken out for photos.
