There’s more going on in a trigger job than just bending a sear spring. You can definitely get your trigger break down by bending the spring but if the FCG components are not cut, polished and fitted right, you still will not have a good trigger.
You can have a gunsmith polish and recut your FCG or buy a “drop in” kit.
I’d say Staccato/STI has always had good triggers. The few times I’ve wanted to upgrade one I’ve issued Harrison designs products. HD-134 "CC" Concealed Carry ignition set
Keep in mind “drop in parts” aren’t really a thing with 1911/2011’s. Some parts do and work perfectly but always expect to do some minor fitting.
