This is a great way to cook when the weather is bad. 15 minutes total cooking time max.

Broiling one ain't bad either when the grill isn't an option.
I have a covered deck, That means grilling in any weather. Unless the wind blows hard enough to blow out the BBQ. Having one side of the BBQ blow out and not the other can be EXCITING when you lift the lid!
2 demerits for paper plate unless ur camping, or the Mrs. isn’t there to wash! Then again I only saw one steak. Guess we’re not sharing.
Looks like my kinda meal. Cooked just the way I like it too.

We're at 6'F above zero so I seared a couple of ribeyes over charcoal.
Nothing like a good steak and veggies
Now that's a meal! I love beef and pretty much live on it. And anything that has to do with grilling and smoking. I remember the looks I used to get when I lived up north and would be outside grilling during a blizzard.
My wife didn't care for steak when we got together, but it turned out she's been eating them well done her entire life. No wonder she didn't care for it! She tried a medium rare and fell in love.
