Prayers are sent daily for you to have strength and good health. God Bless You!
Praying for you as I’ve been reading the latest updates.
Prayers always for you Greg and for tac and his family. I pray these clinical trials are Fathers answer to all the prayers sent up for you both.
Stay strong. but "when I am weak then am I strong" so even more importantly stay in the Word.
may God bless and heal you
Thank you for your prayers and faithfulness in them.
To all of ya'll, God bless you all as well for your prayers.
Good morning my brothers and fellow 1911 addicts.
Last week was extremely difficult as a week ago Saturday I started suffering with extreme bloating, pain, lack of appetite and desire to even drink water. Maybe not a loss of desire but probably more forgetfulness as I dealt with the pain. Actually the pain was dealing with me if you know what I mean. I can deal with a lot of pain but this took me to the edge. Come Tuesday simple Ibuprofen started to and continues to bring relief from the pain. It has been added back in again into my daily regimen with the all the doctors Blessings. Until Saturday most of the days were spent recovering from this bout, in which I dropped 5lbs.
The following is a update on the week and what it brought to me to far.
Met with CRC Dr today to get bases lines to start the meds on the 10th.
The CT scan showed no change after 2 months since the last one. PTL
All my blood work came back "good". PTL
I feel pretty good and my appetite is good. PTL
My pain is what I will call "normal" for future reference.
To put in another way it's... the closest I will probably get, for which I am very grateful for. PTL
I will close with these words...
PRAISE THE LORD!
God bless you and yes, PRAISE THE LORD
Prayers for you, Greg!
Thanks Mr T!
Good morning to all,
I started a trial chemo drug Monday. I take it twice a day at 400mg per dose. They required a CT scan prior to the start and the results showed that basically like the other ones that the cancer is in a "holding pattern".
The drug itself as a side effect has completely(nearly all) taken away my appetite. I am already limited to how much and what I can eat but now I have no appetite. Dang!
I pray that this drug works as both doctors seemed encouraged that it will but to what end.
Future surgeries etc. Again I will say "dang".
Well it's time to try to get some nutrition after the 1hour post fast from this mornings dose.
Dear Lord give me the strength I need to get through this day. I cannot do this on my own dear Father. Help me to keep my eyes planted firmly on You and Your will for me as I can understand it. Strengthen my back oh Lord to bare this trial, to continue forward. In Your Son Christ Jesus name I pray. Amen!!
God bless you all !
Good luck with the new chemo. We are all praying for you.
Thank you, as I move forward it is becoming more and more difficult. I am going for a walk now and to meet with Jesus once again.
Pray for wisdom and understanding please.
Thank you all for your prayers.
Praying for you, Greg, as always.
Thank you sir. Thank you doesn't fully express how thankful I am but you all understand what I mean.
1 Corinthians 1:3 May God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ give you grace and peace.
Continuing with prayer for you brother .
Prayers for you and your family and for your Dr’s.
Thank you sir!
You remain in our thoughts and prayers, Greg. You're a warrior.
God bless you all!
The church pastor's all annoited me and prayed over me following James 5.
Continued prayers Greg that God guide you into all wisdom and truth. I am a firm believer that our number is not up until God says it is. I know some believe that we can hasten that day, but I believe that when God calls our number that's that, and obviously your still here for a reason brother and God will let you know. Could be that this is that very reason..
