I don't know why, but ever since I got my new 1911 for Christmas, I've been having some 1911 fever. What in the "F" is wrong with me. I want another one, and want to get my wife one. I forgot who mentioned Alchemy 1911s, but I want 2x now. Those are really nice. Dang it.

Just go ahead and buy a Custom or send one in to one of the more popular Smiths here. It will be cheaper in the long run....trust me

There is no cure for what you have, only treatment, which is to buy more 1911s...

Buy one for your wife and one for yourself.
My wife doesn't know it yet but I have bought her 7 1911s, a Glock & a Sig.

Just remember, you aren’t buying drugs or peeing that money away. They hold their value and are fun.

Bwahahaha! Suffering from this dreaded malady is a pleasant way to pass.:grin::grin:

The only way to find remission is to save up your money for a Ted Yost 1911...

I believe there is a 2011 step program for the 1911 thing but it takes a lot of time to complete each step to get there....

or, what do you mean the internals of my gun may break and are not "bullet proof"?

Which leads to "I can't afford THAT gun, it's nearly twice the cost of mine - but if I double my investment in THIS gun, then I'll like it better.
