Hello fellow addicts, I know I’m not the only one who carries appendix.

So I’m curious if any other fellow addicts have tried a Tier 1 holster? They seem to have good reviews online and on YouTube of course. But I’d like to hear so actual feedback from some people.

I know it’s going to be a wait once ordered. Would just like to hear some pros and cons before shelling out the money for it.

    Feedback is appreciated.

I just received one for my P365. The one with the cord, the axis elite. extremely comfortable. very concealable. I don’t know what it would be like with a 1911 but i would be willing to gamble. if you look on instagram they have a ton of posts with 1911’s and glocks. You do have to have the right belt. the belt buckle and the holster add a little girth in front. I slide the buckle to either side and it disappears.

I have the Axis Slim. I’m super happy with it. I like the cord as you can see how much it flexes. Rides and contours really nice. Most of my appendix holsters are LLOD (Last Line Of Defense) but he is limited on makes. Ordered 5 or 6 different 1911 holsters and everything was OKish.. Tier One had me sold after the first try. Will be ordering more for sure.

    Hope this helps.

Not a fan of the sidecar but they make nice stuff. The thing I hated most was the sharp back edge of the mag digging in my gut.

I have an officer's size Raptor from T.Rex Arms in the same Multicam black available in the classifeds.

They make good Glock holsters also.

When I carried my p365 that's what I had was a tier one. I loved it. Idk why but I change things up often so I no longer carry it but I would go back. One of the more comfortable set ups I've had.

Have an Axis Slim for my Staccato C, and even though it's a great quality holster, I don't give it much use because of the additional bulk up front due to the magazine. I'm a fan of appendix, but definitely prefer holster and magazine to be separate.

My go-to holster when I was carrying the single-stack C "untucked" was a Long's Shadow Holsters Quandary C (with the wing).

I did also get one of Tier 1's Xiphos holsters with ulticlips that I wore with a suit to a couple weddings and interviews last year. Gun disappears, even while tucked and wearing a relatively snug suit.

However, I recently switched it up to LAS Concealment for the Staccato C2, and it's what I now carry 99.9% of the time.

All three are great holster makers, the sidecar design just doesn't work for me.

Another thumbs up for an Axis Slim. I have one for a USP 9 Compact and since the bottom is open my USP 9 and 40 full size work perfectly in the same holster. Also have one for a M&P 9 subcompact.

For those who insist on carrying appendix and take the chance of relieving themselves of their manhood, TTTS research department has developed the perfect solution for you. !

    I like having options.

Used to use a Trex Sidecar for a non-railed govt. 1911. It was a good holster, but there wasn't a lot of adjustment for ride height.

I now use an Tier 1 Axis Slim. It conceals the 1911 better for me, and is more comfortable.

BTW, I still like the Milt Sparks Summer Special 2, but prefer carrying appendix.
