While the Mrs was getting all sorts of hair stuff done, I had some hours to kill....the indoor range up in Sioux Falls was calling my name...took along the Sistema "Policia Federal"..circa 1948..just spots of finish remaining. Ran about 100 + rounds of FMJ through her with zero hiccups..God I love the old war horses.

I... kind of want a Sistema. One with the Air Force markings and some character. Just a cool looking old gun you feel good using. Good for you on keeping her limber.

Nothing beats these old Argentina Sistema's for affordable military 1911 additions to ones stable. Full compatibility with JMB's design.

They even make for good hybrid builds.
