    Seems like a good test case to undertake. I don’t begrudge the ‘baby steps’ being taken as the now conservative leaning court tests the waters. Slow and steady wins the race as long as “inevitably” can be used to describe the strict interpretation of constitutional rights. That’s what will establish future precedence for positive court rulings.

    This is fantastic news! But they need to do more. Like hear a case of a ban on commonly used firearms which violates the DC vs. Heller ruling.

    They should not only invalidate this NY law, but do the same to California's "assault" weapon ban as well as the magazine restrictions.

    The SCOTUS has been MIA when it comes to gun rights but not other rights. It's time this changes.
