    Bullet points:
    Had a small issue (as perceived by me) with the EDC X9 I just bought used.

    I called WC late Monday afternoon (3ish CST)
    They emailed me a UPS NEXT DAY AIR label about 3 mins later
    I sent it out on Tuesday am, (UPS hub is close to home)
    I got it back today Sat 10 am. ALL Better,
    Pretty darn good I'd say.

    Hammer & manually cocking it. Wouldn't lock back every time. Racking the slide was better.

    I’ve sent a couple back. DJ always takes care of me. There is no better customer service.
