Flat works best for me.
when I bought my GI it had the standard arched, I have smaller hands and it affected my shooting some, so I swapped it with a flat and all is good in my 1911 world now..
Flat for me.
Mine originally came with a flat msh.. I swapped it with an arched and I am much happier.. I admit I am intrigued by the wedge msh.. might have to give one a try..
All of mine are flat, as they fit my hands best and look better to boot! :biggrin1:
I like arched, but have thought about the wedge as well.
flat for me.
I like the length the arched adds, but not the angel. I also like the looks of flat better, so it is flat for me.
What is a wedge? V grip like a wilson?
Ed Brown makes em as well
I got one from Wilson but don't like it. Just sitting in my parts box new.
Flat for me!
All Flat for me!!
If it happens to be stainless let me know if you want to sell it.
I like flat way better than arched.
If I like arched, I would shot a glock. ound: eep:
interested in selling it?
Flat hands down.
Got my first 1911 about 50 years ago. It was a GI issue from the DCM. It had an arched MSH. I like it that way. I had my 1911 converted for bullseye shooting and had the MSH switched to flat. That made me the man. After a while I started to get a couple more 1911's all arched. Now I swore I hated the flat. Got a couple more 1911's they came with flat.
My new Delta Elite arched. I think I Like flat. Well we will just wait for the next one.
Do you realize the only debate on the subject so far is you arguing with yourself?
Yup, you are right. Still cannot make up my mind. Flat or arched.
