It was more about, differant people like differant things. I know guys that woukd flinch at spending money like that on a Glock as that's their thing.

There should be less "judging" within the gun community. We are all in the same fight.

I completely get the fact that there are different strokes for different folks. That's fine with me. The point here, to me at least, is value vs. cost. IMO, these guns are grossly overpriced for what you get. (This is not unique to pistols.)

Besides, I'm still mad at you for not coming to my shoot with Buster.

@Rex , those guys used to show up in my town back east, 351s in Pintos, 350s in Vegas, they wanted to race for cash, but always wanted a rolling start.

Yeah, they thought slapper bars were cool,sorry Skippy, they didn't realize they weren't much use. Ladder bars were big back then but if you set them up right you still need a cage to tie the front to the rear or you're twisting the chassis defeating the purpose of having them, fullframe or unibody. The 4link is a much better setup but a properly setup ladder bar car will launch hard and scoot.

I love Glocks and high end/wartime 1911s.

That being said, Glocks are a purely disposable, utilitarian weapon to me.

That being said, I personally don't go past adding good sights (Trijicon HDs), a quality weapon light (Surefire X300U), putting them thru their paces, then calling it a day.

To each their own, though.

this. How they got the price of those glocks up over 2x what I have into my Zev OZ9 with every option Zev offers with an Arc Reactor slide, rmr, and x300 is beyond me

I have to admit that I’ve always been a big Glock fan. I’ve owned more of them over the course of my life than any other gun, but that’s because they are effective and reliable at their price point. I would’ve never felt that way about them at those prices.

I think Gucci Glock tops out for me at the Bul Armory Tomahawk... The trigger is pretty good, ports work well, but the grip is amazing
