Yesterday.... my Ruger Blackhawk Flat top in .44 special and my new to me Rossi 92 in .44. Has the Marbles tang mounted peep sight.

Pretty nice! And a heck of a deal...

And then my new to me Springfield Armory 1911 that went to SA custom shop in '09 for a fitted barrel and bushing, and later to who knows where for a slick black coating....

Tightest fit 1911 I've ever held. Shoots darn good.

It will have its own introduction thread soon.
My Ed Brown Executive Elite in
In .45 by god acp.

My reloads. 185 grain Xtreme flat point over 4.0 grains of Bullseye.

Last mag of the day, at 25 yards.

Low 70’s here this afternoon before the blue norther barreled through and the heavy rain started.

Went to the outdoor range.

Shot STI Trojan in 9mm, STI Escort in 9mm, CZ Scorpion carbine in 9mm, and my Ruger M77 in .223.

Yeah... it was a good afternoon!

Took my son to the range tonight. Had a good time.

We shot his S&W Model 15, the AR 15 he built from the big bag of parts I gave him for Christmas and more.

Like my AR 15 pistol

And my CZ Scorpion carbine. It’s too much fun!

An assortment of 9mm 1911s... STI Escort, STI Trojan, Springfield Range Officer

And yes.... I confess, that’s a Glock 19 hiding in that last pic.
A good time! Always fun to shoot with family.

It was a beautiful spring day here in east central Missouri and my granddaughter is on spring break, so I took the day off and off to the range we went.

Ruger Single Six from the early 60’s, Ruger Vaquero In .38 Special, and an STI Trojan in 9mm that was built about a mile from her great grandmother’s house in Georgetown Texas
