Model 57 target, 12 rds at 7yds. My first go 'round with the .41 Magnum and I can certainly see the attraction

I had the pleasure to shoot my C2, Bob Marvel & ShadowHawk yesterday.

Put 150 rounds of .45 through the ShadowHawk…100 9mm via the Bob Marvel & 50 in the C2.

My Bob Marvel is quickly becoming my Favorite 1911. It shoots so freaking smooth, it’s accuracy is insane.

Today I Put 100 Rounds of .45 though my ShadowHawk & 100 rounds of 9mm through my Bob Marvel.

Last time around, I feel in love with the Bob Marvel… This time, the ShadowHawk stole the show.

Something about shooting 1911 in .45ACP just makes me happy.

Red Target was just 2 rounds of 230 grain ball @ 25 Feet.

Second target is 10 round of 9mm via the Bob Marvel @ 15 Feet. For some reason I wasn’t as accurate with it this time around.

2 High Powers, one Built by Jason & his new Springer 35.

A Ted Yost Built Colt… Nighthawk, Alchemy & Dan Wesson, all in 38 Super and all very nice to shoot. I definitely see a 38 Super in my future.

Sparky87’s Novak Colt & Springfield Pro, and many other awesome 1911’s & 2011’s.

I shot a ton of 1911’s & some other cool stuff @ the AZAddicts shoot... WWII era 1911, Jim’s S&W 1911 hybrid which was a tac driver & smooth as silk to shoot.

I took my Springfield TRP Resto-Mod, Steve from @Integrity Arms worked over, everyone that shot it loved it.

This commander was very tight. Put 742 rounds through it from when I picked it up yesterday and today. Target was the last 28 rounds i fired through the commander. The 586 is also incredibly accurate.

I love it. Had a GI NN Government 45 and sold it. Wish I had keep it. Wanted to try other guns. I will say that this NN Commander is the nicest 1911 I have owned. It’s nothing fancy just very well put together and extremely tight.
You had quite a few nice ones, so that speaks volumes.

I’m going to have to get me one some day.
