It had been 6 months since I had taken a pistol to the range so after hoarding close to 4k of range and defense (Federal HST, Speer Gold Dot) ammo I thought I was due. I grabbed my Archon Type B and two boxes of Federal 124gr FMJ and headed-out to see how much my pistol-shooting skills had deteriorated since last September.

So, not as bad as I thought it would be but, pretty far from my 'normal' speed. Still, it was a beautiful day (Sunny, 73) and it felt great to get out and burn thru some 9mm for a change.

308 Ruger Hawkeye 77. 26in barrel 9X Leupold.
100yrd card shoot on ten yrd card targets. They were a little small in my crosshairs. My bullets hit 1in off my target since I have mine set for 200 zero. I did not adjust, so where they landed, I was happy knowing they will hit their mark at 200yrds.
