I had to modify a Dawson DPO mount for a Vortex Viper to fit the Venom for my Staccato P SE. The Venom is convex on the ends vs. the flat Viper but a little judicious filing did the trick. So off to the indoor range to sight it in. Put 100 rds. of Norma 124 gr. through it in totally pedestrian fashion.... no gun hiccups and my Swiss Norma stash was made long before we started hearing reports of poor quality.

Finally took my SP5 out again. Was fun. Of course, it got attention at the range as well. It was, apparently, HK day because I also took the USPC9 and P2000 out

Back out with my UTC, did the usual holster practice and popping off doubles on the main target. I took a little more time on the little guys, and focused more on my trigger finger. I think I'll be a blast at hostage situations. :ROFLMAO:

oh, and my poor tritium did fly out.

I fired a few boxes of .22 through a FireStorm pistol, a few rounds with my P345 (waiting on a new sight which arrived just after we got back from the range), and 30-40 rounds through my P3AT.

I spent most of my time reloading magazines. My son brought his new Bersa compact 9 which he hadn't shot, and a friend who had never shot a pistol before. Between them, they shot up all of the .45 I'd brought, a WWB bulk pack of 9mm, 20 or so rounds of .380, and put a serious dent in my supply of .22 ammo. It was a great afternoon!

Took the PM3 today. Still amazes me this and my PM2 shoot and function as well as they do for lowly entry grade models.

Took my dual caliber NHC to the range to check a FTE issue. Added some tension to the extractor and it ran ok. Need to add a bit more. Also took my Staccato P with a Holosun 507C green dot in case the NH has some issues so I ran 50 rounds thru the P. The optic is awesome...71 year old eyes can see the sight and target! Not bad for a rookie. 50 rds at 25'.

I’m surprised it hasn’t sold yet. Unfortunately I need to move a few (Rifles) as not to over extend with work having slowed.
