To be fair, these were from yesterday:

Rock Island GI .45

Ruger SR1911 Commander size
SR1911 CDR by awp101, on Flickr

S&W Model 57

Ruger target, 50rds at 7yds. The low shots were the first ones. The rest were after I made my self slow down and focus
SR1911 CDR 7yds 230g 50rds by awp101, on Flickr

Model 57 target, 12 rds at 7yds. My first go 'round with the .41 Magnum and I can certainly see the attraction
Mod57 7yds 185g Hornady 12rds by awp101, on Flickr

Let's see who else has been burning powder recently!

From Sunday; shot the CZP07, Guncrafter Hellcat Commander x2, and STI Tactical 4.0 from 25 yards, 20, 15, 10 and 7 using normal, strong hand and weak hand, and timed strings. The GI was the hands down accuracy winner, and it wasn't close. Good fun in the smoking hot South Carolina sun. Finished up with some running and gunning with my DDM4V7 sprinting out to 25, 50, 75, 100 with single shots at each, then sprinting back in with shots on steel. Got some vids, but having technical issues.

This video is about as boring as watching paint dry. The grass was too high to get a clear picture out to 100 yards, so I just filmed the steel targets as I ran out to 25-50-75-100 and back. Also- the steel target on the left is stationary and doesn't swing so it was difficult to tell if I scored a hit or not at distance.

Look-- I'm just a highly average dude and not a YouTube super star who owns a company named after a short armed dinosaur; I know I need a lot of work!

Hardcore stud.
Two thumbs for humping and shooting.

And I counted 1 drop on right target.
The grass was too high for prone or kneeling I’m guessing.

These two this AM. It was miserable hot/muggy.

The AR9 is an absolute hoot to shoot- accurately and rapidly 50 yds and in.

I’m making some headway with the CZ/Dot Scope.
1st shot draws improving. Precision with the RD is excellent at distance.
I shoot this better with the Holosun than the Trijicon.

Shot the GI No Name, and mainly worked on marksmanship. I put up some 4" by 4" sticky notes at 25 yards, and just worked on double tapping them. When I did this exercise last week, I was able to reliably put pairs in each sticky note. Today, however, was not so good. My hit rate was about 50%. My eyes just didn't seem to want to focus right, and my arms felt like noodles.

Over the past couple days, I've been eating a lot of junk food, skipping breakfast, sleeping odd hours, and not exercising. I probably shouldn't do that if I want to shoot well, or do anything else well for that matter. :bang:

I get this way also, not sure if I have allergies but my eyes get dry and blurry plus I wear contacts on top of that.

Worked on my marksmanship a bit more this evening with the GI No Name. I've been paying more attention to my sleep, diet, and exercise. I do seem to shoot better when I take care of myself. I suppose that shouldn't come as a surprise.

Buddy match Thursday... I shot a 97 out of 100. Overall I was very happy. ( 3 guys had conflicts...only 1 other guy showed up ). He had some overtime slips ..but he shot well

My big screw up came on stage 2......./ 3 mags of 2 ( 1 in gun /2 on belt )...max time 8.7 sec. / I got a bad grip on gun in holster ..but got 2 shots off cleanly ...dropped spent mag...but I was feeling rushed now ..reached for mag on my belt pouch - it came up in my hand & it slipped & I tossed it about 5 feet beyond firing line...( after I swore & aughed it off .)..I was able to grab my 3rd mag & get 2 more shots off under 8.7 sec...leaving me 2 shots in overtime ( -2 pts ).../ grabbed a 4th mag on bench & finished.

Proof once again ...**** happens !! Time to shrug it off ...get focused & back into match....???

Only other shot I missed was on stage 4 ...where I let one get away in (-1 zone) at 4 o'clock....
( shooting my 5" Wilson Protector in 9mm...like always / its my carry gun too ).
