Hi everybody. I remember reading few years back that S100/103 ($3.5-4K) were hand fit pistols and higher end ($5-6K) guns were built using the clone technology with swappable parts.
I was browsing their website this morning and wondering how all the newer models like Gran Torino are built. Price wise, they seem more in price range for dressed up S-series guns.
Does Cabot still produce “clone” guns? Or did Rob make sure that the perfect tolerances in parts production are complimented by a bit of hand fitting on all their pistols now?
