Hi I have for sale or trade a classic war horse WW2 1911A1 U.S. Army pistol. Slide is Ithaca, frame is Colt, marked W.B. as the inspector. This is an early frame with serial #786xxx. This pistol is marked with RIA on the right side, just in front of the grip panels. Barrel is marked HS. Two external parts are not parkerized, the slide stop, and the extractor. Perhaps the barrel bushing. Grip panels are plastic and appear period correct, with no cracks. Includes vintage Boyt holster from 1942 and 2 vintage magazines. Great example of a WW2 era 1944 1911A1. Will ship in a generic gun rug from me to your FFL or your CR.

Cash value WAS $1750 NOW $1600. OBO shipped.
Would consider a trade for comparable valued pre-lock Smith and Wesson (model 29-2 4” or 6.5”, model 27 3.5” ) or other guns of Similar value. Maybe Winchester M1 Garand. Face-to-face trade in Chicago area OK. I have a CR License as well as IL FOID.
