Hi Folks, I'm going to put my WWI, U.S. Army 1911 on the block. It's in very strong condition, with a considerable amount of the original blue finish intact. I have tried to include full pics in different lighting to show the guns condition. Per the Colt Archives Dept., it was shipped in January of 1918 to the Army in France. This gun is "out of the woodwork", and comes with the holster it was stored in the footlocker with. Reduced to 2500.00 shipped. As always, the first "I'll take it" gets it. I'd prefer to trade for a 5" NHC, but would sell to fund a new build. Please feel free to message me directly with any questions. As always, the first firm "I'll take it", gets it". Thanks for looking! P.S. I also have a large number of detail cell-pics of this gun if you would like them texted to you. . . . . . . . . . . View attachment 202975 .
