Hey everyone, new member here. i’m thinking of selling my PMM comped p320 build to fund a staccato XC. was wondering anyone’s thoughts about a comparison between the two where applicable. i’m in Iowa and am having trouble even locating a XC to look at in person. What would be a good place to order a XC and that would potentially save me on sales tax and waiting time if possible? thanks everyone!

I don’t own an XC but I now have 2 staccatos, WC EDC X9 and an Atlas Hyperion. I’ve handled an XC before. I’m only chiming in because I at one point owned 6-8 different P320’s at a time. I’ve since sold all but one P320 getting into the 2011 game. I don’t know the PMM compd P320’s but the only P320 that I owned or held that resembled in the slightest was the P320 X5 legion. That was the smoothest and flattest shooting P320 I owned. I also had a few AXG models. But these 2011 tolerances are on a whole different level. The XC is so smooth. I’m sure it shoots incredibly flat. Check big Tex ordnance. They usually have good deals. Not sure if I’m stock. Nagels in San Antonio also good place. Good luck.

I've had both. A PMM X Comp Ultra P320 with a Gray Guns competition trigger, and have had a DVC-P and 2 Staccato XCs. The P320 shot very nicely for what it was but it did not compare well to the comped 2011s. Ultimately the XC is just faster, flatter, smoother with a better trigger. I was worried I'd miss my PMM P320 when I sold it, but that hasn't been an issue. These days if it isn't a 2011, I'm not really interested in shooting it.

There's other threads here too that where several folks talk about their XC's feel better than Atlas guns. Personal preference but speaks to how good the gun is. I have several versions of 320s with dots and PMM comps, they're great guns and an awesome way to build a hi performance pistol for significantly less money but as everyone says above and I echo their input the 2011 trigger is incredible. ( I say that after shooting striker guns exclusively prior to owning my Staccatos) When you get to shoot an XC you'll see the dot stay on target and never leave the window.

Even with an Sig Armorer’s comp trigger kit on my P320X5 Legion the trigger on my P is better.
The SA X5 is the best, by far, striker fired trigger I’ve ever shot. Still not as good.
I’ve shot an XC at a Staccato event near me, it’s a great pistol.

I’ll parrot what others have said, the fit, finish, tolerances… all a cut above the P320.
I too have been through a few 320s.. the X5 Legion is the only left, I’ll never part with it.
