Finally some common sense!

 

…for now. Now they know what they did wrong in writing this one so it will probably come back around with the next Dem president.
Still nice to chalk up a win these days though.

 

We need more common sense legislators, or legislators with some brains for once! Good to see things are headed in the right direction.

 

 

To be clear, this is a ruling from a lower US District Court; there's an option to appeal to the 5th Circuit.

A win? Yes. The win? No.

 

This won't come back. They can try but the pistol brace ban was opposed by nearly everyone and nobody complied. The writing's on the wall, this was DOA.

In general, firearm ownership and usage has been on the increase so their traditional MO of attacking gun rights via legislation and arbitrary ATF rules hasn't been working and they know it.

I think they're going to just change tactics entirely and go with financial warfare. Our ammo all comes from just a small handful of places so they can put the squeeze on these few ammo sources to drive up the prices to where we literally can't afford to exercise 2A anymore. That and taxation.

 

We'll take any victory we can get!
I'm not really a braced pistol guy but I'm 100% against any and all infringement.
I have been opposed to this, as I am to any threat to absolute 2A liberty, since day 1.
