I have a Firehawk in .45 that shoots flat and soft, and is no harder to carry than any other 5” 1911. In fact, I like it so much that I plan to buy a 10mm with IOS in stainless.

 

I wonder how loud it will be

 

I just bought one of their Agent 2s and have put 800-rounds thru it. The muzzle blast is considerably more than any of my .45s. Am guessing the Firehawk will be really loud to the shooter.

 

I have one in 9mm/IOS that's perfection. Shoots flat and fast double tapping plates.Mine's a keeper and my favorite NC of six.

 

My 9mm Firehawk is awesome and incredibly fun to shoot. It’s my current favorite. However, the muzzle blast is noticeably more harsh than a non comp’d 5” 1911. Shooting one chambered in 10mm will no doubt be loud, especially with full power loads. But, with some practice, I’m sure it would be manageable.

 

I have Fire Hawks in 45acp and 9mm. Believe it or not, the 45 has a lot more flash coming out the top than the 9mm does. I really have no interest in 10mm, but a third Fire Hawk is pretty tempting.
