Whos the best HK G3/HK91 ‘smith?

Years ago I snapped up a Springfield SAR8 right before my home state banned the transfer of these rifles within its borders.

Ive yet to shoot mine but I get to shoot them every summer when I travel to Greece.

Its time to send my watered down HK to get the classic upgrades but I want someone that is well regarded.

Where should I send my rifle?

If it was me, I would investigate these 3. HK parts may not do work but would be worth a phone call to them to ask who they recommend and then balance that with your own opinion. I plan to use Black Ops defense for a HK USC to UMP conversion and one of these days I will send my Arsenal to Rifle Dynamics. Neither of the platforms you are referring to but they are premier in this field from what I've seen or been told. YMMV.
