What is the difference in these front sight cuts? If you have Heinie front sights currently, is there any other option to have them swapped out besides another Heinie?

The Novak is a 65 degree cut and .330 wide (base front to rear) while the Heinie is usually a 60 degree cut, and .300" wide.
