It's been at least 20 years since I have drove up to Vance's.

I think I feel a trip up north comin' on.

I like Vance's a lot. Have a friend that works there, they're pretty knowledgable, helpful, and they'll talk with you guns all day. Plus they're 15 minutes from my house. Scored a cool High Standard bullpup model 10 12 ga last year.

yeah, yeah. took it to the range today. needed to adjust the zero a little since is was about 2" left at 25yards. after that it was golden. nice little flame shooting out from the compensator. it sooo needs a flat trigger, but not going to do it on this one, just

^ "Golden" doesn't do that gun justice. That thing just pure rocked.

My string at 12 (?) yards was about an inch to the right (something to do with the way I was shooting today, I can't figure it out - I need to go back to the range some time!), but it was a near perfect vertical string - yes, I know, I need to work on my breathing, but that's something that I've never seen with my lesser pistols: this one certainly brought it to-light.

That was my first time shooting a compensated gun, as well as my first time with a dot on a pistol (on real-steel; I've shot with a dot on airsoft before, but that's just not the same). What an awesome experience! Thank you, Don!
