This goes for both your range gun and EDC. So what's your standard practice? Do you clean your guns after ever range trip? Or do you just leave it as is and clean it after several range outings? And what's your reasoning behind the practice?
As a new member to the gun owning club I am lubing my pistols about after every other trip to the range at this point. Ditto for my AR-15. Maybe after 200 rounds each. I'm still on the learning curve for handguns but I have learned that keeping them clean and lubed is a good habit to pick up. Like yourself I enjoy the process. It has become much like a ritual now for me. Happy Shooting!I'm in the minority I guess. I clean it almost every time after a range visit. I also enjoy cleaning my guns, it's relaxing.....dunno could just be me
