Question about Trijicon

Folks, my 2009 Canadian built Para-Ordnance .45 single stack Nite-Tac came with Novak cut Trijicon front and rear sights. As the half-life of Tritium is 12 years, my dots are near faded to black.

I am seeking to replace the sights with exact replacements, but Trijicon doesn’t carry the design that my pistol has.

I have spent a few hours trying to find a source that might have these sights in stock to absolutely no avail.

The option to have new sights smithed onto the slide is daunting as the slide is Cerakoted in Coyote Brown and then had the markings laser etched onto the finish.

These pistols were one-offs in memento of our tour in Afghanistan in 2008, so a slide refinish would obliterate the bonafides that the markings provide.

Can anyone look at the pics below and see if they recognize the sights, please?

If anyone can send a link to a supplier, my gratitude would be endless.

Do the tritium inserts still glow? If so, Trijicon can replace the tritium inserts.
I've sent them sights in the recent past and had the tritium tubes replaced.
They do in fact still glow. But it is faint.

I will write them and see. I’m in Canada, so sending a pair of slides across the border would be dicey.

Did you find a replacement?
My Para (a "Black Ops" double stack) has the same issue with the tritium, but also hits low (10 inches at 25 yards).
The only sight that fits "almost right, but not quite" I could ever find was an adjustable LPA for Kimber cut (SPF09KI) with a dovetail not deep enough that leaves a gap at the bottom. It's usable, but seeing so much light under it, and held in place by those miniature screws puching against the bottom doesn't inspire too much confidence in its durability.

Sadly, not much is available in my country (most online retailers don't even ship to Europe), and the custom route is not really an option.

I was told that if you ship the sights back to Trijicon (with a copy of the original purchase receipt to prove authenticity), they will replace the aged capsules with fresh ones and ship them back.

The sights would still have to glow for this to be valid.

You would pay freight both ways and the replacement fees of course, but the sight bodies would be original spec to the slide.

I plan on this action shortly. My sights still glow faintly.

It's not only the glow (still usable), the biggest problem is that the point of impact is almost ten inches below point of aim at 25 meters.
I would need a taller rear sight (or an adjustable one), and I don't know if they offer diferent heights.

You would need to get a shorter front sight rather than replace a rear sight assembly. If I were doing that, I’d go to the Trijicon site and look at their line of sight blades and see what sizes they offer. Para put something like .185” (don’t quote me, it’s a ball park estimate. I don’t know how tall mine is) tall front sights on most of their offerings. My own hits about an inch low at 5 yards. I seem to be always just below Point Of Aim.

I'm having trouble with these sights from Wilson. The front sight is very skinny and I'm finding it very difficult to center. Is the easiest solution to just send it in to Wilson for a different front post?

My understanding is their cut is proprietary, but I have no idea what kind of front post to ask for. Thanks in advance.
